The villa was exceptionally clean as were the dishes etc, the pool area was very good , the pool was serviced 2 to 3 times a week. On the day after we arrived a rep from imagine villas came to see us,we had an issue with broken sunbed and the fridge was not closing properly, within a half hour after he left a new sunbed was delivered and the fridge was fixed .Overall a lovely villa ,I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The exterior of the villa requires some work, parts of the exterior had had some repairs but it was aesthetically disappointing, we also had a mouse nested in the pool cover and there were droppings around the shower area. We were there for 21days and should have had 2 light cleans where the sheets and towels should have been changed unfortunately we only had 1 which meant that my wife had wash towels and sheets and brush and wash all the floors in the villa,this is not what you would expect to have to do while on holiday.
Zusammenfassung
Overall we did enjoy our holiday, the villa had everything that we needed. My wife has mobility issues so a car was essential for us however there is a regular bus service into Protaras and ayia napa,the nearest bus stop is a good walk away if you have no mobility issues it is about 15 minute walk. The villa is in a residential area and felt very safe. I took unwell during the holiday and had to seek medical help, I went to the local doctor in Pernera, Sant Maria polyclinic, it turned out that I had bronchial pneumonia and was admitted to their hospital in Parliminia, were I spent two nights, I received excellent treatment, so would definitely recommend the doctor in Pernera( hopefully you will not need this) but it is useful to know .

Der Urlaubsort
As I said the villa is in a residential area, which real gives you that feeling of been in a community, overall the villa felt safe,which gave me peace of mind when I was in hospital and my wife was on her own. The local pernera area has a number of bars and restaurants and if you want a quiet night it is ideal. Protaras is a 5 minute drive away and has everything you need, great restaurants and bars with entertainment, Ghetto is a great bar . We went into Ayia Napa and had a few meals in Asador restaurant on the main strip, it is fantastic. Beaches are not far away, if you prefer that to the pool, we never left the pool area as it was very good.

ASADOR — The Asador restaurant, in Ayia Napa , has an extensive menu from seafood to steak, their garlic mushrooms are fantastic, the portion sizes are large so if going don't eat much during the day, they also have an extensive wine and cocktails menu.
Folio — Folio has an extensive menu and also a sushi bar , the menu has local Cypriot dishes, pasta and steak and sushi. The food Is excellent quality and the staff are so helpful.

Zusammenfassung
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Das Haust ist sehr gepflegt, gut aufgeteilt und durchdacht und enthält alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Respekt, so schön hatte ich es nicht erwartet !!!
